經(jīng)過(guò)我們的技術(shù)團隊分析，發(fā)現是由于一般步進(jìn)電機和驅動(dòng)器外殼未采用鋁、鈦、鎂合金外殼進(jìn)行磁屏蔽，對高靈敏的接收機系統造成干擾，使其無(wú)法工作，并且污染電源，造成雕刻機控制系統的單片機和上位機無(wú)法進(jìn)行通訊，嚴重者造成單片機死機，給正常使用造成了困難，因此干擾問(wèn)題必須加以解決。

一、加裝電源濾波器，減少對交流電源的污染。

1、 Add power filter to reduce the pollution of AC power supply.

將電源濾波器的地、驅動(dòng)器PE（驅動(dòng)器與機箱底板絕緣）、控制脈沖PULSE-方向脈沖DIR-短接后的引出線(xiàn)、電機接地線(xiàn)、驅動(dòng)器與電機之間電纜防護套、驅動(dòng)器屏蔽線(xiàn)均接到機箱壁上的接地柱上，要求接觸良好。
