泡沫雕刻機日常如何進(jìn)行維護保養是很重要的事情，因為設備是靠里面的各個(gè)零部件一起維持運行的，任何一個(gè)零部件出現問(wèn)題，都有可能影響整個(gè)設備的功能使用，所以平時(shí)一定要按照規定，做好日常的一些檢查，那有什么檢查呢，大概需要檢查什么部位和系統呢，大家一起了解一下。

How to maintain the foam carving machine is very important, because the equipment is maintained by the internal parts. Any part of the parts may have problems that affect the function of the whole equipment. So, we must do some routine inspections according to the regulations. What kind of inspection is there? What parts and systems do you need to check?

日檢：主要項目包括液壓系統、主軸潤滑系統、導軌潤換系統、冷卻系統、氣壓系統。日檢就是根據系統的正常情況來(lái)加以檢測，例如，當進(jìn)行主軸潤滑系統的過(guò)程檢測時(shí)，電源燈亮，油壓泵應正常運轉，若電源燈不亮，則應保持主軸停止狀態(tài)，與機械師聯(lián)系，進(jìn)行維修。

Daily inspection: the main items include hydraulic system, spindle lubrication system, guide rail lubrication system, cooling system and air pressure system. Daily inspection is to detect according to the normal conditions of the system. For example, when the process inspection of the spindle lubrication system is carried out, the power light is on, and the oil pump should operate normally. If the power light is not on, keep the spindle stopped, and contact the mechanic for maintenance.

周檢：其主要項目包括機床零件、主軸潤滑系統，應該每周對其進(jìn)行正確的檢查，特別是對機床零件要清理干凈鐵屑，進(jìn)行外部雜物清掃。

Weekly inspection: its main items include machine tool parts and spindle lubrication system, which should be correctly inspected every week, especially the machine tool parts should be cleaned of iron filings and external sundries.

月檢：主要是對電源和空氣干燥器進(jìn)行檢查。電源電壓在正常情況下額定電壓180v~220v，頻率50hz，如有異常，要對其進(jìn)行測量，調整?？諝飧稍锲鲬撁吭虏鹨淮?，然后進(jìn)行清洗、裝配。

Monthly inspection: mainly inspect the power supply and air dryer. Under normal conditions, the rated voltage of the power supply is 180V ~ 220V and the frequency is 50Hz. If there is any abnormality, it shall be measured and adjusted. The air dryer should be disassembled once a month, and then cleaned and assembled.

季檢：主要從機床床身、液壓系統、主軸潤滑系統三方面進(jìn)行檢查。例如，對機床床身進(jìn)行檢查時(shí)，主要看機床精度、機床水平是否符合手冊中的要求，如有問(wèn)題，應馬上和機械師聯(lián)系。對液壓系統和主軸潤滑系統進(jìn)行檢查時(shí)，如有問(wèn)題，應分別更換一下新油品，并對其進(jìn)行清洗。

Quarterly inspection: mainly from three aspects: machine bed, hydraulic system and spindle lubrication system. For example, when checking the machine bed, it mainly depends on whether the accuracy and level of the machine tool meet the requirements in the manual. If there is any problem, contact the mechanic immediately. When checking the hydraulic system and spindle lubrication system, if there is any problem, replace it with new oil and clean it.

半年檢：半年后，應對機床的液壓系統、主軸潤滑系統以及X軸進(jìn)行檢查，如出現問(wèn)題，應更換上新油，并進(jìn)行清洗。

Semi annual inspection: after half a year, check the hydraulic system, spindle lubrication system and x-axis of the machine tool. If there is a problem, replace it with new oil and clean it.
